Waste foam regeneration machine unit is consisted of a regenerator and a disintegrator. It works as follows: waste foam plastic is smashed into shreds by a high-speed rotating drum with a lot of nails, then to be mixed with solvent in the regenerator and, after being sufficiently mixed, to be injected into ripening block through a bottom valve. When a certain quantity of foam is injected, hydraulic station shall be started to use a pressing plate to press the injected foam into required thickness and density. At this time, the smashed foam has already become regenerated foam plastic of medium density and elasticity, which is especially suitable for making seat cushions and acts as fillings of sports goods.
Density of regenerated foam is usually higher than original foam plastic, becoming very resilient and serving as ideal material for making cushions of daily use. The regeneration machine is really an ideal equipment for recycling waste foam.
